Why we built physio clinic software for India
A grandmother in Pollachi will not install an app or read an English exercise sheet. She will read a WhatsApp message that greets her in Tamil, names her exercises in Tamil and asks her to tap Done. Physio Clinic Software starts from that fact. Most physio software is built for clinics in Canada, Australia or the UK, priced in dollars and blind to GST, UPI and the languages Indian patients speak at home.
Why the name Physio Clinic Software
It says what it is: software for physiotherapy clinics, built for physio, rehab, sports-injury and neuro-rehab practices and for home-visit physiotherapists. A plain name is easy to find, easy to remember and easy for a referring doctor to search for when a patient mentions it.
What we believe
A physio clinic should not need one tool for billing, another for exercises and a WhatsApp group for follow-ups. One product, one patient record, one bill in rupees, and results the referring doctor can see. Patients should never need to install an app to follow their plan, and clinics should own their data and be able to export it at any time.
Who Physio Clinic Software is for
Solo and home-visit physiotherapists, clinics with two to eight therapists, and multi-branch rehab chains across India, from Coimbatore and Chennai to Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi and Pune. It is not a hospital information system; multi-speciality clinics where physio is one department may be better served by general clinic software.
How we keep the product honest
Prices are published in rupees, competitor comparisons cite the vendors' own public pages, and roadmap items such as ABHA linking (planned for 2027) are labelled as roadmap, not shipped. If something on this site is out of date, tell us on WhatsApp and we will correct it.
Who builds it
Physio Clinic Software is built by AvanceZone in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. AvanceZone has run WhatsApp, SMS and voice infrastructure for Indian businesses for over a decade and builds clinical software for clinics, labs and dental practices. Physio Clinic Software's 35 built-in exercises were written by our team from standard rehab practice and have not yet had an independent clinical review; the prescribing physiotherapist checks every exercise and dose before it reaches a patient. A recorded video library is planned and will be reviewed by a registered physiotherapist, named on this site, before release. Questions about the company or the product go to the same team that writes the code.
