WhatsApp home-exercise check-in in six languages
Each day's plan arrives on WhatsApp at the hour you set, greeting the patient and asking for their check-in in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam or English. The patient taps Done and replies with a 0–10 pain score. No app, no login, no password.
Why it matters: Adherence data with almost no effort from the patient. Physitrack uses its own PhysiApp; we could not find adherence tracking in the public material of the Indian PMS tools we compared (as of October 2026).
💳
Session-pack management with balance, nudges and sharing
Packs live in a wallet: the balance shows on every appointment block, each attended visit deducts a session, expiry and low-balance nudges go out on WhatsApp, and a family member can draw from the same pack. Renewal can be by invoice at the desk or, optionally, by a UPI AutoPay mandate through your payment provider.
Why it matters: Fewer awkward "your pack is over" moments at the desk and no Excel packs register. UPI AutoPay runs in sandbox until your payment provider's credentials are connected; the patient approves the mandate in their own UPI app and can cancel it there at any time.

Home plans in Tamil and five more Indian languages
Choose the patient's language once (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam or English); every daily WhatsApp message after that greets them and asks for Done and a pain score in it. The 35 built-in exercises carry English and Tamil names, doses, steps and precautions, and you can add your own exercises with a link to your own video.
Why it matters: Elderly and non-English-speaking patients follow a plan that speaks their language. Recorded videos with voice-over, translated step-by-step instructions and more exercise names are on the roadmap; we will publish counts and languages only when they are live, with clinical review by a registered physiotherapist.

Phone-camera ROM tool, verified by the clinician
Open the ROM tool on a phone or tablet, point the camera at the joint (or upload a photo), freeze the frame and tap three points: upper segment, joint centre, lower segment. Physio Clinic Software calculates the angle; you check it, correct it if needed, choose the joint, movement and side, and save it to the chart as a re-assessment.
Why it matters: A quick, repeatable reading on home visits without carrying a goniometer. It is a measuring aid, not an automated assessment: the angle depends on where you place the points, the photo is not stored, and the reading is only saved when you confirm it.

Progress letters to the referring doctor, sent by the physio
At week 6 or discharge, Physio Clinic Software reminds you that a letter is due and drafts it from the NPRS, LEFS, ODI or other scores, ROM readings and adherence you have recorded. You review and edit the summary and plan, then send it on WhatsApp as a private link or print it.
Why it matters: Doctors see results, so they refer more. The letter is your clinical report, not an automated diagnosis: nothing is sent without your action, and the clinic confirms the patient's consent before sharing.
