Patient portal for physiotherapy clinics Live

A private patient page that answers "how many sessions are left?"

WhatsApp stays the main channel, but some questions need a page: what is booked, how many sessions are left in the pack, what is still unpaid, and where today's exercises are. Each patient gets a private link that works in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen.

In short: The Physio Clinic Software patient portal is a private web page per patient, sent on WhatsApp, showing upcoming appointments (with cancellation up to 4 hours before), tele-rehab and group-class links, session pack and membership balances, bills with a UPI pay button, today's home exercise plan and pending progress questions. It opens only after the patient enters the last 4 digits of their mobile number and a captcha, expires after 90 days and can be switched off by the clinic.

What patients see

Appointments

Upcoming visits with therapist and time, a Join button for tele-rehab, booked group classes, and Cancel up to 4 hours before.

Packs and memberships

Sessions left, expiry date and the membership period, the question reception hears most often.

Bills and UPI

Every invoice with the amount due and a Pay by UPI button that opens the patient's UPI app with the amount filled in.

Exercises and questions

Today's home plan with Done and pain-score buttons, and any progress questionnaire the physio has sent.

Private by design

The link alone shows only the clinic's name. To see anything personal, the visitor must enter the last 4 digits of the patient's registered mobile number and solve a captcha. Five wrong answers lock the link for an hour, access in a browser ends after 30 minutes, and every view and failed attempt is logged for the clinic's DPDP Act 2023 records.

Links expire after 90 days, the clinic can switch a link off at any time, and the page is never indexed by search engines or cached. Signed-in staff of the same clinic can preview exactly what the patient sees.

How clinics use it

1

Send the link

From the patient record: "Create & send link" sends it on WhatsApp in one tap.

2

Patient confirms

They open it, enter the last 4 digits of their mobile and the captcha, and add it to their home screen.

3

Fewer desk calls

Balance, bill and timing questions are answered on the page; changes still come to you on WhatsApp.

4

Book again

When online booking is on, a "Book a session" button takes the patient straight to your free slots.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a mobile app?

No. It is a private web page that works in any phone browser, so there is nothing to install or update. Patients can add it to their home screen from the browser menu so it opens like an app.

How is the portal protected?

The link alone shows only the clinic name. Personal details appear after the last 4 digits of the patient's registered mobile number and a captcha are entered. Wrong attempts lock the link, access ends after 30 minutes, links expire after 90 days and every view is logged.

Can patients reschedule on the portal?

They can cancel an appointment up to 4 hours before it starts, and book a new time through your online booking page if you have switched it on. Reschedule requests by WhatsApp still reach your desk as usual.

Can family members use the same link?

A family member who knows the patient's mobile number can open it, which is often what elderly patients want. Do not forward the link outside the family; the clinic can switch it off and send a new one at any time.

Is the patient portal included in my plan?

Yes, on every plan. Sending the link on WhatsApp costs one utility message at Meta's rate, about ₹0.13.

Patients do their exercises. You see the progress.

Physio Clinic Software sends home-exercise plans on WhatsApp with a daily check-in in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam or English, keeps every session pack's balance in view, and runs appointments, SOAP notes and GST billing in one place. From ₹999 per therapist a month, with a 30-day free trial, no card and free data import.
