Frequently asked questions
Does it work on a phone with a weak signal?
It is a light web app that works in the phone browser on 4G and patchy 3G. Notes and readings need a connection to save, so write them between visits if the house has no signal.
How are travel fees billed?
Each home visit records travel kilometres and a travel fee, which can go on the same invoice as the session. Home-visit packs cover the session itself.
Can I measure ROM without a goniometer?
You can use the phone-camera ROM tool: a photo or short video, three taps on the joint and a confirmed angle. It is a measuring aid with no published validation study, so confirm borderline or medico-legal readings with a goniometer.
Which plan suits a home-visit physio?
