Tele-rehabilitation software Live

Tele-rehab on every plan: 1:1 sessions and group classes by video

Follow up post-operative patients who live far away, keep a knee-OA group exercising twice a week, and run an antenatal or back-care class from your clinic, with the join link, reminders, attendance and billing handled for you.

In short: Physio Clinic Software includes tele-rehab on every plan: book a tele-rehab appointment and send a video link on WhatsApp, or schedule group video classes with a roster, capacity, weekly repeats and one-tap links for every participant. Attendance draws on a patient's membership or bills a class fee. Video rooms use Jitsi Meet by default, which runs in the phone browser without a patient app.

Two ways to run tele-rehab

1:1 video sessions

Book a Tele-rehab appointment like any other. One tap creates a private video room and sends the join link to the patient on WhatsApp; the same link sits on their patient page.

Group classes

Schedule a class (knee strength, back care, falls prevention, post-COVID breathing) with a therapist, capacity, fee and weekly repeats, add patients and send everyone the link at once.

Attendance and billing

Mark attended or no-show. Attendance uses a member's included classes first; non-members are invoiced the class fee automatically.

Same record

SOAP notes, outcome scores and home plans work the same for video and in-clinic visits, and the AI scribe drafts the note afterwards.

What a good tele-rehab session needs

A patient on a mat with two metres of space, the phone propped at hip height, an exercise band within reach and a carer nearby for anyone at risk of falling. Record the pain score at the start and end, and keep progressions conservative because you cannot put hands on the patient.

Tele-rehab suits follow-ups, exercise progression and education. First assessments, manual therapy and anyone with new red-flag symptoms still need an in-person visit; that judgement stays with the physiotherapist.

Frequently asked questions

Is tele-rehab included on the Solo plan?

Yes. Since October 2026 tele-rehab, including group video classes, is included on every plan: Solo at ₹999 per therapist a month, Clinic at ₹4,999 and Multi-branch at ₹9,999. WhatsApp links are charged at Meta's rate, about ₹0.13 each.

Which video platform does it use?

Jitsi Meet by default: free, encrypted in transit and it works in the phone browser without installing anything. We can point links at your own video platform on request. Recording is not offered.

How many patients can join a group class?

You set the capacity, up to 50; most clinics keep exercise classes to 6–10 so the therapist can watch everyone's form. The roster stops at capacity.

How are group classes billed?

If the patient has a membership with classes included, attendance counts against it. Otherwise marking them attended creates an invoice for the class fee you set.

Is tele-rehab safe for every patient?

No. It works well for follow-ups and supervised exercise, but first assessments, manual therapy and patients with new red-flag symptoms need an in-person visit. The physiotherapist decides who is suitable.
